Registration of transfers, conventional and sectional, from receipt of instruction until final account
Registration of bonds - every aspect
Liaising with Estate agents, banks and clients in a professional manner.
Requirements:
Good matric
At least 5 years’ experience
Ability to work alone
Ability to handle a high volume of work
Working knowledge of E4 and lexis Convey
