Alphen Park, Pretoria East: JUNIOR ATTORNEY (THIRD PARTY CLAIMS) Minimum Requirements: -Presentable and professional -Afrikaans and English first and second languages a must (Afr & Eng client base) -LLB Degree completed and admitted as an Attorney a must -Recent experience in High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation, specifically in Third Party Claims against RAF (all claims relating to injuries sustained by individuals in vehicle accidents and claims arising from Motor Vehicle accidents from instruction until to finalizing claim) -Computer literate in MS Office (Legal Suite advantageous) -Own reliable vehicle (Firm not on bus route) -Stable employment record and contactable References -To start as soon as possible Duties: -High Court & Magistrate’s Court Litigation -Third Party Claims (Motor Vehicle accidents) against Road Accident Fund from instruction until to finalizing claim -All RAF claims relating to injuries sustained by individuals in vehicle accidents and claims arising from Motor Vehicle accidents -Drafting and typing of legal documents Salary: ± R 15 000.00 gross (Negotiable depending on relevant experience) E-mail detailed CV in Word or PDF (Not as a link) to oneilc@telkomsa.net and indicate the following: - Reference CR2269; and - Your salary expectation in context with amount offered.
