Functions:
Provide remote support to the Fair Price Group
Plan, organise and conduct General Administration functions
Effective self-management
Create all new users on active directory and exchange when required by business within given SLA
Log proactively faults remotely on the relevant system for fair price stores or support office
Provide business with support after hours if required using company cell phone
Contact external vendors should there be any issues with connectivity, for support/requests for mobile devices, printer issues etc. in which cannot be resolved.
Manage and maintain the Hyper-V (Virtualisation) server on a regular basis
Manager and maintain relevant software on a regular basis to ensure relevant programmes are up to date and available
Maintain an inventory of customer-owned equipment in the office for repair and ensure it is completed in a timely manner
Must have sound knowledge of server, network and desktop configuration
Provide technical and/or remote support to Fair Price users in order to resolve the incident within the relevant service level Provide On-site support if and when required
