PA to Managing Director
Must have Office Administration Diploma/Secretarial/ (NQF Level 6) or relevant qualification. 3 years working experience as PA/ administrator position rendered for Executive Management. Skilled in intermediary level of Outlook, Excel and Word
Responsibilities: Act as a point of contact for internal and external people, Diary management, Booking meetings and travel, Maintaining MD’s planner.
Must provide cover when necessary for Reception duties- mainly absence report and incoming/outgoing post and Boardroom bookings.
Organizing corporate / business events.
Assisting with the organization of exhibitions and possibly attending if required.
Taking minutes at various management meetings & typing up minutes.

Knowledge and experience with complex travel and flight itineraries travel/hotel bookings
Experience of working for Directors/Senior Management

Experience of dealing with a demanding role and high-level workload
Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively and be proactive
