What You’ll Do
Drive new business acquisition within the clearing & forwarding space (all modes & commodities).
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain accurate CRM activity.
Conduct prospecting, client visits, presentations, and full cycle sales engagements.
Onboard newly secured clients and ensure smooth handover into operations.
Develop long-term, trusted relationships with decision-makers across industries.
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue and activity KPIs consistently.
What You Need
Matric (essential).
5+ years’ new business development experience in clearing & forwarding.
Proven ability to exceed sales targets and secure new accounts.
Solid understanding of import/export processes across air, sea & road.
Own reliable vehicle & valid driver's licence.
Strong communication, negotiation & relationship-building skills.
