Job Summary
Our client based in Stillbaai is seeking a passionate and experienced Brand Home Manager to lead and execute their brand home vision. In this role you will be required to deliver a best-in-class visitors center that puts customers and consumers at the heart of the business.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years’ experience in hospitality management, with a strong understand of running High end Restaurants and Bars.
- Experience in the alcohol industry is advantageous.
- Strong understanding and experience in Luxury Brands.
- Strong people management experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, Power Point and Word.
- Practical experience in brand-building projects is essential.
- Hospitality Management Certification.
- Have a valid driver’s license and own transport.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Proven experience as a restaurant and/or bar manager.
- Cross-functional project leadership and organizing skills.
- Stakeholder management skills.

- Methodical and rigorous, with a sensibility for luxury environments.
- Seasonal periods will require extra time and additional support.
