HR Administrator – Luxury Property Group | Kruger National Park
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented and professional HR Administrator to join a luxury property group based in the Kruger National Park. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support across all areas of Human Resources
Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and staff documentation
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
Support payroll preparation and leave management processes
Coordinate staff training, welfare, and performance documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and labour legislation
Requirements:
Previous experience in an HR administrative or similar role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in MS Office and HR systems
Knowledge of South African labour laws advantageous
Package:
Salary: Negotiable, depending on experience
Staff transport available for those residing in nearby villages or surrounding areas
