An organisational priority is to migrate all critical applications to Azure PaaS. We are working through the prioritisation model and transiting apps gradually. This is to address the move to PaaS cloud but also address security vulnerabilities and increased reliability for applications.
We have progressive thinking in terms of application development. We work in SCRUM and have a steady cadence of deliverables. We hold our customers close to us and involve them in User story exercises as well as the full software development lifecycle.
The chosen candidate will also get a chance to be part of a journey where we are filtering customer pain-points and looking at addressing there via resolving Tech debt. We are still in the early stages of the journey so a new member will have ample opportunity to influence and shape that journey.
