Job Summary
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and carry out product demonstrations
- Assist in our channel partners where necessary with the completion of technical aspects of RFXs and produce solution design and solution capability documentation
- Work hand in hand with our customers, channel partners and prospects
- Gather requirements, conceptualize possible solutions and showcase how we can solve their needs
- Define implementation plans to meet the organizations needs
- Channel partner training and enablement
- Lead in mentoring channel partners and their clients on the use of document and process automation technologies
- Liaise with Sales and Professional Services on implementation of document and process automation technologies as necessary
- Provide technical assistance to channel partners on industry trends and best practices in process automation design and thinking
- Be an ambassador for the company at exhibitions at industry events
- Be a technology evangelist and integrate our software solutions into leading technologies to showcase the art of the possible
Skills and Requirements
- Have expert knowledge of Office 365 and how it all hangs together
- Creating and Understanding Workflows
- Understanding SharePoint, its usage and configuration
- Understanding Microsoft BizApps (Dynamics, Power Automate, etc)
- The ability to create databases, manage servers and write simple to medium complexity SQL statements
Working Knowledge of...
- Microsoft Azure as a platform
- Web technologies including but not exclusive to JavaScript | jQuery | HTML5 | CSS3
Preferred Skills and Technologies
- Coding using Microsoft technologies such as C#
- ASP.NET / ASP .NET MVC
- REST APIs / Swagger Definitions
- Microsoft Logic Apps / Power Apps
- Salesforce (both using and developing developing)
