Qualifications and Experience

BCom / BAdmin / NDip in Supply Chain
Ideally, a Certified Internal Auditor (alternately, a Commerce degree can be considered)
Minimum 10 years’ Supply Chain experience at Associate Director level or higher
3 years’ experience in state-owned enterprises e.g., SAA, Transnet, Eskom,
Sound knowledge of PFMA and good governance in the public sector
In-depth knowledge of the Supply Chain and Procurement across the private and public sector
Experience in Capital Project Procurement (and/or procurements above R50 million in value)
Sound experience in the following disciplines:
- Project Management and Delivery;
- Supply Chain Management Process; and
- PFMA/CIDB/MFMA/ Companies Act
