Minimum Requirements: • Minimum 6–8 years’ experience as a General Manager within a luxury 5-star lodge environment • Relevant Hospitality, Tourism, or Business qualification advantageous • Proven experience managing all lodge operations, budgets, and financial performance • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop teams • Exceptional guest relations and hosting abilities • Sound understanding of HR, staff development, and performance management • Experience managing maintenance, housekeeping, food & beverage, and front-of-house operations • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills • High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and operational discipline • Passion for luxury hospitality, conservation, and delivering memorable guest experiences • Stable employment history with excellent contactable references ?
