KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’
• Ensure that the Command Centre is fully operational and efficient
• Handle and resolve Staff and Client Complaints
• Carry out duties and tasks as per the Command Centre Job Description
• Ensure that the primary function of the Command Centre is always upheld
• Must be able to multi-task from CCTV monitoring, to answering telephone calls in the Command Centre and
• issuing access reference numbers
• Camera monitoring
• Client Liaison
• Report Writing
• Incident Report Writing
• Incident Management
• Roster Monitoring
• Report to Senior Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Matric Certified
• Grade C PSIRA Registered
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and isiZulu
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• International Call Centre or Security Control Room experience
ADVANTAGES:
• Completed Tertiary Studies
• Strong additional P.C. Skills
• Payroll /Data Capture experience
• Any other operational experience
