o Prepares tenders and standardized tender templates and documentation.
o Evaluation and contract negotiation
o Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
o Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
o Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
o Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders

The potential candidate needs to meet the following requirements:
o Minimum: BCom Business Management or any other related qualification
o 2+ experience of providing administrative support in a commercial environment
o Should have good oral and written communication skills.
o Microsoft office (excel, word)
o Cope well under pressure
o Target and deadline driven
o Work independently
o Be a team player
o Strong analytical / negotiation skill
o Experience with client management
