Requirements:
• Relevant qualifications & experience in IT sales & general IT knowledge
• Knowledge of sales techniques & the ability to close deals
• Presentable, well-spoken in English language, good presentation skills
• Knowledge of Customer Service Practices
• Project rollout skills in IT are a definite added advantage.
• MS Office & Excel skills. Knowledge of social media practices
Responsibilities
• Manage & track sales opportunities to closure
• Communicate regularly with current Customer Account clients
• Develop & maintain regular call cycle - current & new customers
• Professional Change Management within Key Account wrt Solution changes
• Attend & produce reports for the weekly meetings
Job Description
• SELL the company’s offering with diligence & a non-negotiable sense of duty
• Create a sales pipeline of at least one quarter in advance, relative to the targets set by the CEO.
• Devise a channel management growth plan with budget requirements, marketing activity & future expansion in collaboration with the Business Development team
• Draft proposals & supply information to build sales
• Manage, report on & update sales
• Ensure compliance with SLA & Legal requirements in the process of any sale
• Coordinate company executive involvement with partner & end-user customer management
• Stay abreast of the competitive landscape & latest trends in the IT market, particularly focus on Cybercrime/Data protection
