Creating proposals in line with their corporate benefit needs and presenting these to the client.
Ensuring sales proposals are signed as per presented terms.
Managing accounts ensuring employees get the most out of the health and fitness benefit through organising of wellness days, on site and in club fitness events to aid in retention and renewal of contracts.
In addition to ensure high communication to the main contacts in terms of usage and monthly marketing campaigns, and internal communications to their staff.
In so doing, manage accounts to ensure consistent growth and referrals from within the company
Forge strong relationships where contacts may refer other potential business contacts as new opportunities.
Develop sales and marketing tools, processes, and systems to manage and report on the function.
Ensuring the delivery of all necessary admin documents.
Filling in daily and monthly reports and submitting them to the direct manager as required.
Achieve set monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and sales targets.
