Building own social presence and network within this space.
Coaching and mentoring Junior Recruiters.
WHAT IT TAKES: At least 5 years in a Digital and Technology sourcing/talent acquisition. (Solid influencing skills will not hurt).
Ability to manage stakeholders from all sides of a fence.
