Essential: 5 + years’ experience in networks, databases and managing high availability systems.
Essential: BSc / BTech / Diploma in Information Technology.
Advantageous: Certification in CISM, CCNA and CISSP.
Beneficial: MS SCCM exposure.
Essential: In-depth understanding of Microsoft Hyper-V.
Understanding of the ITIL Process.
Knowledge in Cloud Technologies (Azure).
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct (Microsoft – Hyper-V); which included providing;
system solutions definitions;
defines process solutions;
integration issues troubleshooting; and
responsible to represent the interests of the Support Team in enterprise systems portfolio planning.
Ensures high availability of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
Performs routine system monitoring, necessary troubleshooting and daily alert review, in order to determine the health and needs of systems.
Responsible to maintain and providing recommendations and procedures for system administration activities.
Accountable for supporting the development and maintenance of IT standards.
Distribute input for mid to long range systems planning.
Hardware layer solutions, meeting resiliency and performance expectation designs and validations.
Preserve awareness and knowledge of the technology industry trends for technical possibility and risk management to the organisation.
Implement and adhere Group ICT standards and policies.
Maintain, optimise and effectively and efficiently develop server infrastructure.
