Provide and support the implementation of business solutions by building relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders.
Determine and carry out necessary processes and practices.
Identify, create, and facilitate process design changes by conducting business and systems process analysis at a complex level.
Focus on quality improvement and data management.
Ensure data is reliable and valid.
Develop process improvements or re-engineering and recommend elimination.
Integrate new systems and processes with existing ones. Partner with internal and external customers to ensure systems provided meet the long-term business strategies.
Provide leadership to Team Members and peers by collaborating with others.
Articulate ideas and viewpoints to senior management, peers and others. Identify and initiate projects. Manage resources. Drive the resolution of issues
Manage resources and finances
Assess business processes ana identify improvement opportunities
Create and maintain project schedules by monitoring and tracking all phases of project lifecycle
Relevant Qualification in related filed
Knowledge of IT principles i.e., development (front and back end).
3 + years’ experience as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services industry is essential
Experience in implementing new processes or products and designing of process documentation is essential.
Advanced skills on Word, Excel and Outlook.
