Job Summary

Shift work: 5 day work week, 8 hour work day, day/night shift rotation. Call Center in house Junior Technical Desktop Engineer. Supporting the Agents with technical issues. Relocate Computers, deploy and setup Computers where needed within the call center. Keep track of tickets and Communicate effectively with team and on in-house ticketing system. Requirements: • Must have a Valid Matric Certificate • Must have Clear Criminal and ITC records • Must be a South African citizen with a Valid SA ID • At least 2 contactable references from Prior places of employment • A+ and N+ or equivalent. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
