Responsibilities
Central point of contact for the Africa SAP S4 Programme;
Responsible for end to end programme management for all releases;
• Responsible for end to end compliance to Project Management and IT processes;
• Responsible for pulling together the WBS, Risk identification, Scope and Cost;
• Responsible for resource management activities across all releases;
• Define the programme governance and charter;
• Plan the programme, ensuring maximum efficiency in resource allocation across projects;
• Manage the assigned project team for project deliverables;
• Monitor the overall progress of the Programme, resolving issues and initiating corrective action where necessary;
3. Qualifications and Technical Competencies Required
• IT, Business or Computer Engineering degree plus Project Management qualification or related.
• Must have experience working in a consulting business as well as Corporate environment
• Effective communication techniques including verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of Agile, DevOps and lean process tools and techniques
• Strategic, execution and innovative thinking - demonstrated success delivering complex projects quickly using agile mindset
• Experienced in agile project, program, and portfolio management and execution
• Experience implementing enterprise integration architectures and designing integration solutions
