Description
To create a fit for purpose, people centered agile learning environment that enables CXP's growth.
Mission:
- Develop learning processes that supports CXP strategic priorities (eg. Bursaries, Learnerships, etc.)
- Create a new Advisor and BAU learning experience that drives speed to competence
- Support the culture of continuous learning (Eg. culture and strategic analysis related items)
- Lead, coach and develop the Learning and Development team
Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience as a Learning and Development Leader
- Relevant learning and development qualification
- Assessor, Moderator and/or content development
- Experience with e-learning platforms and practices
- Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Bachelor of Social Science or Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business, Psychology, Education or a related field
- Professional certification (e.g. SETA)
Responsibilities:
- Create and execute learning strategies and programs
- Evaluate individual and organizational development needs
- Design and deliver e-learning courses, workshops and other trainings
- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities
- Help leaders develop their team members through career pathing
