KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
IT Recruitment – specifically IT Contractors.
Understanding of recruitment in terms of contract and not IT permanent positions.
Regular update of contractors’ time sheets.
Account management.
Maintaining good client and candidate relationships.
KEY SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Solid understanding of the IT environment and recruitment of IT Contractors.
Good command of written English is mandatory, other languages would be beneficial.
The ability to clearly communicate both technical stakeholders / clients and candidates is essential.
Self-motivated, team player with the ability to prioritise and manage own workload and deliver to strict deadlines.
Enthusiastic, energetic and target / commission driven. Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills are required to manage clients and candidates.
