My client based in Johannesurg South is looking for a Tier 3 Systems Engineer (Level 3 Support Technician). The successful candidate will need to be able to troubleshoot on different IT environments/infrastructures, focused on Microsoft systems.
Your key accountabilities will be to provide a top tier (Tier 3) of support: Advanced troubleshooting of servers, internet and network issues, as well as root cause analysis. You also need to plan and implement new infrastructure, as well as tier 2 support: Server monitoring and maintenance, backup testing, general support and training.
