- Hunter ability - must be able to hunt for new business

Duties and responsibilities:
- Mainly in charge of driving business as well as producing their own business
- Designing strategies for junior developers to implement
- Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets
- Identify and research potential clients
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate with stakeholders
- Foster and develop relationships with customers/clients
