Responsibilities: Lead the development and take responsibility for a specific application Collaborate with subject matter experts, BA's, UX, test engineers and software engineering leads Adhere to coding standards and best practices Identify and implement appropriate design patterns Provide accurate effort estimates on development tasks Consistently produce quality code and products; in a team environment; in accordance with prescribed architecture, standards and implement as required within agreed timeframes Provide assistance and coaching to junior developers Share your passion for UI development and UX Create design documents, source code Provide your expert input re latest technologies
