Requirements:
• Applicable Degree with full certifications with SASTQB and ISTQB • 3- 5 years of experience working and leading multiple projects and products • Mastery in the fundamentals of iterative software testing and empirical processes • Mastery in the fundamentals of software testing development processes • Mastery in the value of commitments to quality and delivery made by the team. • Mastery in Jira as a supporting tool for projects • Mastery in test lifecycle • Mastery understanding in testing tools • Mastery of setting up testing links applicable to project needs • Mastery with Microsoft Office and Google Drive packages • Mastery in understanding user interfaces • Mastery in test applications with various app stores • Mastery with mobile and web technologies • Mastery with managing Windows servers • An understanding of broad business processes and principles • Excellent communication skills & good interpersonal skills • Delivery-focused • Self-driven and determined • Quality and Result driven • Enjoys complex challenges • Leadership qualities • Comfortable in a rapidly-changing environment
