Requirements and duties: B.Sc degree in Computer Science Minimum 7 years' experience Microsoft C#.Net development Experience as a development Manager Solid experience in other related development languages, i.e. Java, C++ Recruit and retain effective talent for the team. Coach and mentor employees in all aspects of software and career development Maintain and evolve measurement tools to assess the team's effectiveness and report regularly to teams and leadership Implement and manage change within the team and across the organization Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum development methodology Experience with automated testing
