Responsibilities
General administration management of the South Africa region to ensure smooth running of SA office.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure effective support and mutual interaction.
Involved with marketing, health and safety and quality management of the company
Dealing with queries via email and telephone
Take on admin duties as requested
Provide full range of legal and regulatory services for South Africa office and overseas offices
Draft and review commercial documents and give professional advice on legal issues
Assist in overseas regulatory affairs, such as telecommunications license application, renewal, filing of statutory returns, etc
Perform company secretarial tasks and ensure compliance
Liaise with regulators (e.g. Companies Registry)
Assists in company incorporation and business or related licenses application and ensure compliance
Conduct legal and regulatory researches
Performs contract administration to manage, track, file and assist in timely preparation, negotiation and execution of agreements, and prepares regular reports on contract status
Assists in handling of company secretary task
Requirements
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
• Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• High School degree or above
