Duties: To play a key process / systems engineering role in the Customer Services environment Develop a thorough understanding of all systems and processes Analyse existing systems, processes and interfaces for modification / improvement purposes and evaluate/ propose system changes/enhancements To design and support solutions that enable optimum business performance To respond to complex user queries, and provide solutions to resolve issues To ensure stability of and ideal integration of new and existing systems Contribute to internal ways of working (continuous improvement) and workshop alternatives/solutions to existing processes/challenges
