Experience in the Venue and Events industry and using Venue and Events Management Software.
Excellent written skills, with an ability to describe technical information clearly.

Experience in a technical contact centre role.

A passion for technology and solid understanding of the IT Industry.
Experience in working across international Markets – Australia, USA, UK etc
Trouble-shooting technical software related enquiries via phone, online webinar and tickets.
Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'
Up-skilling and assisting clients in using our software solutions.
Cross-selling and up-selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)
Assisting our developers and testing the developers' work.
Complete assigned custom Templates work along with Venue Software Builds.
Located conveniently in the CBD.
We provide a highly attractive basic salary + various allowances
Work times are from 10am to 7pm or 5pm to 2am
