Job Summary

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

HS Diploma or equivalent required, Trade or Undergraduate Technical education preferred
Ability to interpret solar project blueprint and designs.
Familiarity with solar PV and battery storage design, components, and operation.
Experience utilizing CMMS, PMP, and ERP systems is a plus.
Personal values consistent with those of the AES Corporation; Safety First, Highest Standards, and All Together.
Strong proficiency with MS Office tools and cloud-based document management systems.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including an ability to maintain calm and effective exchanges with all parties – internal and external.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to be flexible with a changing and challenging work schedule.
Ability to successfully work remotely and independently, away from an office environment or direct supervision, for extended periods of time.
