Job Summary
Assistant Spa Manager needed in Kempton Park
- 2-3 year FULL Beauty Therapy qualifications.
- ITEC/ or CIDESCO is a BONUS.
- 3 - 4 years of working experience in a 5 Star Spa environment as a Front Desk / Assistant Manager.
- MUST have previous ESP Systems experience and excellent Computer Literacy (Excel, Word & Emails, etc) with good Administrative skills.
- MUST be able to perform day-to-day duties such as; maintaining customer service and spa standards, targets, revenue, cleanliness, stock control, marketing and promotions, sales, human resources, shifting & staff management, etc.
- Product knowledge of Babor, SIX, OPI is a BONUS.
- MUST have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- MUST be well-groomed at all times to represent the brand.
- MUST be professional and work well under pressure.
- MUST have own reliable transport and be very flexible to work late hours and weekends.
