The ideal candidate will have a long term career goal for the Short Term Insurance environment – underwriting and claims.
Duties:
• Interact, manage and provide effective client service
• Dealing with client queries
• Requesting relevant documentation to enable initial conversation for new business quotations
• Prepare short term insurance quotations
• Implement new business
• Follow-up on outstanding requests and communicate to appropriate parties
• Interact with product providers
• Process and administer claims, providing regular feedback to clients.
Experience:
• NQF Level 4 or equivalent
• RE 5’s and supervision completed
• 2 years relevant administrative experience in the Short Term Insurance industry
Competencies:
• MS Office / Microsoft Team and other electronic platform tools of engagement
• Bilingual: Afrikaans & English (speak, read, write)
• Knowledge of the Go4Broker short term insurance system or similar would be beneficial

• Early adaptor to new technology
