Experience and skills
required
? 1 year call centre sales experience
? 1 year VAPS experience (beneficial)
? Fluency in English is essential plus one other official language.
Key Responsibilities • To maximise policy sales and monthly written premium in a
compliant and customer centric manner.
• To be responsive, courteous and professional in dealing with the
Company’s supporting lead providers and customers.
• To execute the sales process with skill, knowledge, diligence and
integrity.
• To optimise each lead by selling additional products where these
are available.
• To use appropriate interpersonal skills and communication
methods to gain acceptance of our products from potential
customers.
• To accurately identify the needs of the customer by asking
effective questions and listening attentively.
• Match benefits accordingly and demonstrate how a product
satisfies their needs.
• To understand objections and overcome them with an
appropriate response.
• Strive to become an expert in your field through observation and
collaboration.
• To continuously improve skills through practicing areas identified
for improvement.
• To share ideas and insights with the team in pursuit of
continuously improving the effectiveness of the sales team.
