A specialised Financial and Wealth Investment company is currently seeking Client Product Support Clerk that is a customer service professional. You will be an initial contact for inbound client requests and will log, document, and notate client conversations/issues. Must have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, have a focused attention to detail and a minimum of an associates degree.
• Responsible for accurate and timely resolution of client concerns and issues
• Provides quality customer service and real-time technical support to clients
• Prioritize client and management issues to resolve time-sensitive issues
• Log and document client information in a timely manner
