I am seeking highly driven Call Centre Agents/Sales Consultants/Telesales Consultants with the below experience. There is room for growth within in the Company and a wonderful opportunity to earn an excellent income.
• Must hold an RE5
• DOFA (2010 and prior, 35 plus credits/2011 to 2016, full credits / 2017 to current, no credits required yet, in process to complete before end date)
• Matric
• 1.5 years experience in sales within a call centre on the following products (Short Term Insurance/Warranties/Medical Aid/Bank Products/Life insurance)
Salary works as follows, for the first 3 months you will have a retainer of between R10k to R20k max, this will depend on your current/most recent earnings. After the 3 months (product training) it will become commission only, with the possibility of earning com from the second month. The commission structure is fabulous, and your potential on earnings is excellent. (R18k +)
