Leading Life Insurance Organisation urgently seeking to onboard 8 Telesales Consultants.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers
- Selling the features and benefits of the products that are available
- Conducting a needs analysis with each client
- Closing deals in line with company policies and procedures
- Meeting and exceeding daily, weekly and monthly targets
Minimum Requirements:
- Insurance experience is an advantage but not a necessity
- Minimum of 12 months Telesales experience as well as stability working as a Telesales Consultant for a long period of time with the same company
- Outbound sales experience
- Target driven and eager to be the best
Qualifications:
- Matric
