Calling all Commercial Retentions Consultants
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling difficult client calls
- Responsible for retaining clients
- Dealing with client queries and complaints on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way, and in accordance with the quality and performance standard
- All dealings with clients must be in alignment with the company culture and values
- Follow up on unpaid premiums
- Saving of Cancelations of Exiting client
Requirements:
- Fully FAIS and RE accredited
- Full Commercial insurance qualification
- Minimum of 3 years Commercial experience
- Multi-lingual would be advantageous
- Good communication skills and telephone etiquette
