Job Summary

My Insurance client in Bedfordview is looking for a Liability & Fidelity Claims Negotiator

Minimum Requirments:

3-4 years Law Degree
Preferably completed articles / recently admitted to practice as an attorney
Experience in Insurance Law
Abilty to work under pressure
Good written and verbal communication skills
The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.

Duties:

Assisting with Ombudsman matters and complaint responses, when required.
Liaising between the company and external attorneys where legal opinions are required.
Providing internal legal opinions where required.
Liaising between the company and external attorneys in respect of
litigious matters.
Reviewing claims merit, where necessary.
Approving claim rejections where appropriate
Dealing with liability claims from submission to finalization.
Dealing with Fidelity Guarantee claims from submission to finalization.
