The employee will be responsible for managing and administering a short-term insurance portfolio together with a co-worker.
Responsibilities
• Prepare new business quotation
• Issue new policies, renewals and endorsements
• Register and process claims
• Domestic and commercial underwriting
• Liaising with clients
• Record keeping
Skill sets required
• Grade 12
• Computer Literate
• RE 5 examination (Representatives)
• NQF level 4 short term insurance qualification
• DOFA confirmation from FSCA
• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational, time management skills
• Highly reliable, adaptable, focused, good interpersonal skills
Salary is negotiable dependent on relevant experience.
