criteria:
2 – 3 years’ experience needed
relevant tertiary qualifications
skilled and confident to perform all standard services including: cut, color, styling, blow dries and highlights.
ability to perform the following specialised services would be an advantage: bayallage, ombre, perm, hair extensions
key performance areas:
consulting with clients on stylistic options for their hair.
recommending hairstyles and haircuts according to customers face shapes and tastes
describing different hair care products and their benefits.
shampooing, cutting, coloring and highlighting hair.
adhering to salon safety and cleanliness standards.
managing bookings and welcoming clients into the salon.
keeping updated on hairstyle trends and styling methods.
ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
ensuring that hair supplies are adequately stocked
applications should include your updated c.v in word format
copies of relevant qualifications
your profile photo in professional attire (shoulders and up)
written & contactable references
