Job Description:
Ability to Sell on ground level,
Have a persuasive personality.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to lead a sales team.
Able to meet Sales goals.
Tracking Sales goals and reporting results, as necessary
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
The ongoing training of your salespeople.
Developing your sales team through motivation, counselling, and products
Job Requirements:
Must have driver license and own vehicle.
Must have FMCG ground level Sales experience.
Must have team leader experience.
Must be able to work between Tuesday to Saturday.
Must go the extra mile and be communicative after working hours with the team.
