Job Summary
The Security Manager is in charge of a 50+ corporate residential property’s security. The Security Manager oversees the Corporate Accommodation and Facilities and a number of security systems which protect the guests, the workers and the corporate buildings.
Job description / Role:
- Advising development of Security management strategy, methodologies, policies, and
procedures
- Security management operating models, plans, and practices
- Data collection, management, and analysis
- Safety and security of guests, workers, and accommodation buildings
- Crime prevention and investigation
- Security systems including security patrols, surveillance systems, door locking mechanisms, control of restricted areas, monitoring of master keys, etc.
- Initiating or maintaining policies and procedures for general safety and security
- Regular security meetings
- Responsible to manage all safety & security, Fire Life Safety
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years in the Security and FM sector
- Experience in the Middle East is preferred
- Must be fluent in English both written and spoken
- Excellent reporting skills and the ability to set up Security procedures from the initial concept of safety, security, and Cybersecurity
- Ideally both the client and service provider side
- Ideally, experience as a Security Consultant
Prerequisites:
- Fluency in English in both written and spoken and the capability to follow safety and security rules and procedures without compromises at all times is essential
- With a background in corporate security/law enforcement /military
