Night Shift Operations Manager required:
Requirements:
PSIRA Grade A
Valid Driver’s License
Firearm Competency
Administration / Microsoft Skills
Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written in English.
Willing to relocate /Reside in Mooinooi or Rustenburg
Minimum 5 years in a mid-level management position
Able to conduct investigations
Knowledge of procedures and formulating thereof (Chrome Mines)
Able to conduct risk assessments
Any form of tactical / crime prevention courses
Must be willing to work extensive hours
Must be willing to work underground
Knowledge of Illegal Mining and the risks thereof
Must be willing to work shifts (flexi hours)
Knowledge of the Mine Health and Safety Act
First aid
Fire fighting
Knowledge of the Labour Law
