Dynamic client based in Hilton is looking for an energetic, passionate individual to run their business.

Requirements as follows:

Manage two permanent staff and schedule their work daily
Respond to clients daily in a timely manner
Oversee installations and manage our back end systems (be familiar with Winbox, Trello, Ubiquiti UISP Management, Frequency management)
Maintain our network and constantly check frequencies and micro points of presence
Engage frequently with clients and resolve queries and complaints expediently
Be an expert with Ubiquiti and Mikrotik hardware
Be familiar with tower installations, including solar PV installs, batteries, and monitoring hardware to keep our network uptime at 99.9999% annually.
Engage with fibre suppliers
Be prepared to work after hours to maintain network infrastructure and keep clients happy
Have a vision for the growth of the business and be prepared to install and implement growth plans to double our current customer base

This person would need to be self motivated, and self driven. We are looking for someone who is interested in long term involvement and commitment
