The successful incumbent will be responsible for executing the following responsibilities:
General typing for departments: Send, sort, and distribute post and faxes.
Update emergency contact numbers.
Take and relay messages for office staff.
Make appointments.Organizing catering for meetings.
Log all repairs, maintenance, and requests onto the help desk.
Ensure that the reception area is neat and tidy and the reception desk is free of clutter.
