Our client is a market leader in the Property Management sector throughout Sub-Saharan Africa. CF Consulting has been tasked with securing the appointment of a Facilities Manager to be based at our client’s operations in Lusaka Zambia.
We are looking to connect with suitably qualified candidates that meet the following requirements:
Over 5 years of Facilities Management experience
A qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/HVAC/Refrigeration
Computer literacy – MS Office- excel & word, outlook
Excellent leadership capabilities
Excellent communication skills
The successful incumbent will be responsible for executing the following responsibilities:
Take charge of planning, development, and implementation of effective facilities and operations management policies, procedures, and planning as per client specifications.
Assumes responsibility for the effective facilities and operations management as per client specifications
Assumes responsibility for ensuring the efficient and cost-effective administration of all operations
Assumes responsibility for related duties as and when required
