The data visualisation specialist needs to not only be able to participate in visual design strategies but should also be able to align this in order to support promotional strategies. This position will assist the marketing team to use digital channels to engage and grow our clients as well as generate larger site traffic. They will have to create engaging multimedia content across multiple platforms in such a way that it reaches the targeted audience.
This role is responsible for conveying a worthwhile story in the most interactive and punchy way possible in order to fully optimise the digital and social media impact and reach.
The data visualisation specialist needs to be able to flourish in a team, with very strong communication skills. They should not be afraid of a challenge and be able to deliver on time. This role also calls for modernising the output environments, ensuring we remain cutting edge and innovative while improving the required efficiencies to deliver more agile and cost-effective solutions to our clients.
Understand the importance of translating large data sets and metrics into charts, graphs and other visuals and the successful communication thereof to the market.
A relevant tertiary qualification with the following skills and experience:
Research experience advantageous.
Own transport and valid driver's license.
