Job Summary
Red Ember is currently recruiting for a Sage 300 People Payroll Administrator.
The successful candidates will have experience in the following but not limited to:
- Sage 300 People system
- Advance Excel Vlookup and Pivot tables
- Payroll Management: Salaries and Benefits
- General Ledger
- Wages - weekly and bi-weekly
- Job Costing & importing
- People Payroll Reconciliation
- People Report Customization
- EMP201
- ETI
Payroll Input:
- Add newly appointed employees and terminate employees
- Preparing and collecting input data, to assist with Take-on, understands the system, and can work unassisted
- Earnings/ deduction input (Normal hours, overtime, loans, garnishee etc)
- Link methods for pension or medical aid deduction on new employees/ changes
- Modify employee fixed information
- Process increases/ bonuses
- Leave processing
- Working with the leave module, equity and skills
- Print standard reports on Sage 300 People
- Mid-year and Year-end Tax Submissions
Experience with parallel pay-runs, from Sage Premier to Sage 300 People
