Perform end to end recruitment consultant function starting with searching for candidates, conducting interviews, shortlisting for roles, presentation of profiles to clients and right up to placement of the candidate.
Strong ability to do search – Portals and our internal database and reaching out to contacts of the company.
Ability to conduct interviews and use discretion to culture fit for our clients
The Recruitment Consultant is expected to build on the existing client relationships of the Company.
Self-starter who can find opportunities with our existing portfolio of clients.
